Therapy Services

I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and relationship dynamics of three or more—this could be a family, a friend group, a polycule, a creative team, or any dynamic that functions as a system and could use some extra care and support.

Anxiety, depression, and trauma are common areas of treatment. I am experienced providing therapy for a wide variety of concerns, but am particularly attuned to working with toxic relationship recovery, intergenerational trauma, and issues related to attachment,  co-dependence, self-esteem, guilt, and shame. I also have experience working with those struggling with intense emotions, mood swings, feelings of abandonment, and self-destructive behavior. I am deeply interested in why certain patterns repeat themselves and what can be done to understand what need is trying to be met and how that need can be met differently.

For couples and relationship dynamics, therapy is a wonderful opportunity to observe and work with the dynamic in action. Together we can work on communication and co-regulation skills in real time.

Therapy is both online and in person at The Relational Center where I trained and where I am now a Counselor in Residence.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about working with me
Where are you located?
Either online or at The Relational Center at 2717 South Robertson Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90034.
What is your cancelation policy?
I require 24 hour notice for cancelation, otherwise you will be charged your full session fee. I will do my best to reschedule you that same week, but there is no guarantee any weekly availability outside the time I have reserved for you.
What is the time commitment for therapy?
Therapy works best if we have a consistent schedule. Meeting once a week for the first two months of our time together is usually best, though depending on what is possible, I am also able to do every other week. If you have as stronger need, I can also meet more often. Appointments are 50 minutes for individual and 50 to 75 minutes for couples or group therapy.
What are the steps to getting started with therapy?
The first step is to schedule a free 20 minute zoom consultation through this link, or contact me directly via email, phone, or the contact form on this website. If you do not have zoom or wish to engage with zoom, the consultation may also be done over the phone. During the consultation, we’ll get to know each other a little better. I usually like to learn what is bringing you to seek therapy and I’ll also share a little bit more about my approach and answer any questions. If we are a good relational fit and our availability is a match we will schedule an initial appointment and I will email you with new client paperwork and details ahead of our first session.
