Hi, I am Antonia Czinger

She/Her • Associate Therapist, AMFT • Based in Los Angeles

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #134702) working under the supervision of Maggie Shelton (LCSW #9581) at The Relational Center. I use she/her pronouns and am honored to be doing this work as I love deepening my understanding of humanity and finding new ways towards resilience and growth.

I graduated from Yale with a degree in Theater Studies (where I also completed all the requirements for the psychology major exempting the thesis) and then obtained my masters in clinical psychology from Pepperdine. I have been training with The Relational Center since January 2021 and now work there as a Counselor in Residence. I have a background as a creative in the entertainment industry which offers me a unique perspective. If you are a creative or working in the industry, I am familiar with the field and its potential for both highs and lows.

Growing up, I moved around a lot and have found myself in variety of cultural contexts. My mother is German and my father is from Ohio—I moved from Berlin to London to Connecticut to Northern California to Ohio and back to Connecticut. I am fluent in German. As an adult, I am very excited about making Los Angeles my home. If moving around or being a third culture kid is part of your story, we may have something additional in common.
